GRAND OPENING PROMOTION
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Both the franchisee and the franchiser will work in together on the grand opening promotion of the franchisees franchise. Terms are as follows. Franchiser agree to pay the following percentage of local advertising to [Percentage paid to party].
Grand opening specials and or discounts shall be absorbed by the franchisee and the franchiser broken down in the following: Franchiser agrees to pay [Percentage cost paid by Franchiser] percentage of the cost of expense and the franchisee agrees to pay [Percentage cost paid by Franchisee] percentage of the cost of expense of grand opening promotion. Franchiser agrees to assist franchisee with specific plan of promotion and development of special discounts and any ideas to contribute to the success of the grand opening promotion.
